Returns, Refunds & Claims

At PAUS RITUALS, each product is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a limited return policy. Orders are usually non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage confirmed upon delivery.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographs and order details via email at admin@pausrituals.com and by raising a return request here.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the buyer

Customs & Import Duties

  • Any customs duties, VAT, GST, or import taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Approved resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
